Very satisfied with the scooter and the very competitive pricing - at least $400 lower than the best price I could get locally. The delivery was very fast as was the unpacking - it only took me about 3 hours. The fact that the scooter was pre-assembled made all the difference. You only have one choice to get it right. Scooter Country is that choice. My scooter purchase was completed without having spoken with anyone from Scooter Country. Their website is that well organized. Their product categorization, selection and description is exceptional. Their checkout process and delivery arrangement are flawless. Communication with this customer was informative and often. Post sale support from Gus is an added bonus in an otherwise exceptional experience.

Excellent service and customer support. I bought a scooter for delivery to Vancouver Island, and it took about 10 days, but arrived with no problem. Tracking was a bit sketchy at times, but Gus fielded my enquiries with the Ontario shippers. Photo shows it basking against the Ogden Point Breakwater with indigenous mural.

I purchase a easy fold electric wheel chair and I must say they gave me a solid chair for my money. Today I am passing forward the scooter I have to another disable person and the chair will be much easier to load in my suv.

I purchased a Pride GO=Go Lx with CTS suspension, love the scooter but more importantly I was amazed with Scooter Country. I was very leery purchasing such a large item on-line but Gus answered all my question promptly, I received email updates constantly as to when the scooter would arrive and it showed up exactly on time and ready to use. I would recommend Scooter country to anyone looking for a mobility scooter.

Scooter Country Canada has given me in Northern Ontario fast, secure and reliable service on-line. They were honest and delivery was quick although the delivery driver left my products (Two big batteries) did not notify me when he would be here and left it between apartment complex doors.
