12V 75AH AGM deep cycle batteries have been designed to produce a longer, consistent and more drawn out charge than alternative products on the market.

It’s fitted with bolt down terminals for a more reliable and practical user experience, and has a high oxygen-recombination efficiency that results in superior deep discharge recovery. This specific battery is classified as an AGM battery or Absorbent Glass Mat, using technology that assures superior battery performance. AGM batteries are valve-regulates, spill proof, and are safely used in any position

The 75-12 occupies advanced fine fiberglass mats between its plates that act to retain the electrolyte that would otherwise be free flowing, resulting in a much more stable and reliable end-product. Matrix 12V 75AH AGM batteries are completely sealed, meaning they don’t leak or let off any gas and come with a range of other benefits.

Warranty
Return Policy

Each Matrix Battery is supplied with a full 6-month manufacturer’s warranty. Matrix Battery warranty is applicable to all batteries purchased in pairs (2). Any battery singularly purchased, will not be covered under our Manufacturer warranty. Batteries are replaced in pairs to prevent old batteries from reducing the capacity of newly installed batteries.

We warrant to the original purchaser (user) that all new batteries and new battery packs shall be free from defects in material and workmanship for a period of 6 months from the date of receipt.

If we determine the battery to be defective, we will ship replacement(s) without charge.

Prior to sending warranty replacements we will test the batteries to verify if they are defective. The warranty does not meet the below listed Conditions and Limitations:

Conditions and Limitations

The battery shall be the proper size, design, and capacity for the powered mobility aid. Failure to use the proper battery for the application will void any and all warranties.
The battery shall be handled, stored, and installed properly. Final installation shall be completed no more than four months from the date of receipt.
The battery shall be operated in conjunction with a current limited constant voltage charging system, and otherwise operated and maintained in accordance with instructions.
The user shall permit examination of the battery by a Matrix Battery Canada company representative by shipping the batteries back to us for warranty claim examination.
Only the remaining unused portion of the original battery's warranty shall apply to the replacement battery.
This warranty is void if the battery is subject to misuse, abuse, visible physical damage, or if the battery becomes unusable due to fire, wreckage, flooding, freezing, or any other acts of God.
The above stated warranties are in lieu of all other warranties, expressed or implied, including, without limitation, any implied warranty of merchantability or fitness. In no event shall Matrix Battery Canada be responsible for any incidental Matrix Battery Canada.com shall not be liable for any defects in, or any breach of contracts relating to the quality or performance of the above equipment under any theory of law.
These limited warranties apply to the original purchaser (user) and are not transferable.
The user shall promptly notify Matrix Battery Canada in the event of an alleged defect.

Order Cancellation

If you cancel your order prior to SHIPPING but after processing of payment, there will be a cancellation fee of 6%.
If you cancel your order AFTER it has been shipped, please follow our Return Policies & Procedures. The cancellation will have to be treated as a Return with all applicable fees.
Orders which are REFUSED AT DELIVERY will be assessed, all of the applicable fees listed above will be charged – including restocking, cancellation and other applicable fees.

You may return most new, unopened items within 14 days of delivery for a refund, credit or exchange. Simply complete the RMA form and notify us to get a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) confirmation. Once you have received the RMA confirmation you may ship the product back to us. You will be issued a refund on your returned product after we have performed a full examination of the equipment. We inspect for any damages, including dents, scratches, chips, dings or overall wear and tear while in your possession. The refund issued will have the cost of any damages deducted from the refund total.

You are fully responsible for shipping and handling, including shipping insurance, and are held responsible for lost shipment or any damages occurring during shipment. Shipping and handling is NON-REFUNDABLE. If you received FREE SHIPPING when you purchased your battery, that the shipping cost will be deducted from your refund total. Which is as follows:

14Ah AGM – $30.00 shipping fee
20Ah AGM – $39.00 shipping fee
33Ah AGM – $49.00 shipping fee
45Ah AGM – $55.00 shipping fee
55Ah AGM / Gel – $65.00 shipping fee
75Ah AGM / Gel – $80.00 shipping fee

A 15% restocking fee will be charged on all returns.

Additional Statements

Orders being returned MUST be shipped back in its original packaging when the product was shipped to you after purchase. You must complete the Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) form and receive proper approval before we can process your refund. The RMA form must be submitted to us electronically. Once we receive your RMA form, we will email you with the following details: Your RMA confirmation
