Called the office and spoke to Richard this morning. My ZooMe Auto Flex scooter was in the folded position with no battery in place. I could not, for the life of me, figure how to unfold it manually in order to put in a battery and charge it up. Richard solved my problem in literally 30 seconds! We purchased this 3 wheel scooter for my wife who has Rheumatoid Arthritis and Fibromyagia. It has been amazing, allowing her to easily get around. It assembles/disassembles very easily, and the individual parts are light and easy to pack into our small SUV. The scooter is very stable, but also very compact, making it easy to get into small areas. The battery life is very good, and it charges quickly. Although the scooter is advertised for mostly indoor use, it works very well outside on pavement, gravel, and hard packed ground. This scooter is a great value, and is very well made.
