Excellent service and customer support. I bought a scooter for delivery to Vancouver Island, and it took about 10 days, but arrived with no problem. Tracking was a bit sketchy at times, but Gus fielded my enquiries with the Ontario shippers. Photo shows it basking against the Ogden Point Breakwater with indigenous mural.

I purchased a Pride GO=Go Lx with CTS suspension, love the scooter but more importantly I was amazed with Scooter Country. I was very leery purchasing such a large item on-line but Gus answered all my question promptly, I received email updates constantly as to when the scooter would arrive and it showed up exactly on time and ready to use.
