The tire configuration, which includes front anti-tip wheels and rear casters, is made to climb. Take on hills, ramps or whatever obstacles you come across. Called the office and spoke to Richard this morning. My ZooMe Auto Flex scooter was in the folded position with no battery in place. I could not, for the life of me, figure how to unfold it manually in order to put in a battery and charge it up. Richard solved my problem in literally 30 seconds!
