Called the office and spoke to Richard this morning. My ZooMe Auto Flex scooter was in the folded position with no battery in place. I could not, for the life of me, figure how to unfold it manually in order to put in a battery and charge it up. Richard solved my problem in literally 30 seconds! However, the seat bottom is sloped backwards making rises from chair more difficult. I would like to be able to adjust seat bottom to be more level.
