Called the office and spoke to Richard this morning. My ZooMe Auto Flex scooter was in the folded position with no battery in place. I could not, for the life of me, figure how to unfold it manually in order to put in a battery and charge it up. Richard solved my problem in literally 30 seconds! The unit is doing good for me! However, I found that a longer battery life (21AH) would work better for my main use. Thank you Drive Medical. You may not realize it but you gave me my life back. No more missing out on my kids activities when it’s too far to walk or a visit the movies or hockey game. Best part is I can load and unload the parts into my minivan by myself so I don’t have to make sure someone else is with me before I want to go somewhere!

Excellent value for the money, quick shipping. Easy assembly , thook me 5 to 10minutes the first time we did it. But we can do take it apart and in the car in less than a minute.
Use it mainly for indoor driving to the stores, but its not so good on grass and non smooth surfaces. I recommend this for anyone who needs a scooter that will fit in trunk of a car.
