Ordered during winter but this not stop them from excellent service. Delivery was very fast & delivery man unpacked... everything & made sure scooter was not damaged or scratched. Have to admit I wasn’t sure what to expect as I hadn’t heard of Scooter County before but I was pleasantly... surprised.They had the scooter I was interested in at a very competitive price and in stock. I saved thousands of dollars and didn’t have to wait months for delivery. As I remember I received my scooter in about a week.It was delivered with care fully assembled and charged. All I had to do is unbox it and drive it of the skid.As for the scooter my son says “It’s a beast!”. We bought this for my dad and he’s owned it now for 2 half years??? He hated the idea he was getting older and couldn’t... walk his almost 10 miles per day. He resisted the scooter 🛵 mention of it immediately!He’s now 82 and loves it ❤️ My dads gained 10 years of his life back since he’s back out travelling everywhere he can. It’s sad to say but we didn’t realize he was almost into a state of depression. Scary. He calls it his Mustang lol. Smile 😃 is huge when we talk about it. Scooter County understood I was at a loss about what to buy but I thought I wanted to Pegasus. They helped by saying it was exactly what I was looking for. I didn’t care the money. Only thing I need know is someone to make a Canadian Flag 🇨🇦 for scooters. It would make our day.Scooter County informed me of everything. Best place to get your Batteries I ordered mine at 12 noon had them the next day by 130 pm unbelievable batteries were... easy to install as the 70ah batteries I ordered are 27 lbs each and they had handles built in which made installation a lot easier. I am totally impressed batteries were packed well and CanPar guy who delivered them was great too!read more

I bought a Fortress S700 mobility scooter. What a wonderful machine. Also the client service was friendly, informed... and helpful. That is not found everywhere and is worth mentioning. I had a pleasant experience with with Scooter Country. Not so much with DayRss shipping . Received my scooter 5 days after tracking showed it was at their distribution center. The previous day they told me someone would call me to make an appointment for the delivery. No one called and they showed up finally. Mr. Boss of Richard, he deserves more than an ‘atta boy”. See what you can do. Thanks again, Richard.Called the office and spoke to Richard this morning. My ZooMe Auto Flex scooter was in the folded position with no battery in place. I could not, for the life of me, figure how to unfold it manually in order to put in a battery and charge it up. Scooter Country is a blessing to those with mobility issues! They are an Amazing company to deal with. The only company... that actually helped me. There is no one else I will ever deal with. I was in need of a scooter in Atlantic Canada. Not one scooter company would even talk to my insurance company. Not One! I called Scooter Country, and was told to simply email my claim info and they did the rest! They have kept me informed during the whole process which is a rarity among companies these days. Received my Mobility Scooter. When unpacked I found damage, I made contact the same day with Scooter Country . I was... asked to send photo of damage, sent photo within 10 min.. Approx: 20 min. later Scooter Country made contact , they stated need 1-2 days to figure out what must be done. Called me a day later informing , they will come to the house with a new scooter and pick up damaged one. All of the above happened in 4 days.!!WOW!! Its been many years since I received this level of customer service, I'm impressed . Scooter Country now has another life time customer and, an unpaid sales Rep.. All places in vancouver charge for batteries but this place had them for free and I was almost a thousand less than stores around Vancouver. I originally called about the featured scooter, but a very polite and helpful sales agent (Richard) went into my use of... my previous scooter, and I chose the Leo for its greater range for outdoor travel. The scooter itself is very good and maneuverable, a bit slower than my old scooter, so I will have to forgo drag racing for the future. All in all,very satisfied, although its cost is only slightly less than my new Volvo 122 (1966)read more

Once ordered we dealt with Richard who was also extremely helpful in covering the details of the delivery.
