Return Process:

  1. Complete the Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) form: To initiate the return process, fill out the RMA form and notify us to receive an RMA confirmation.

  2. Ship the product back to us: Once you have obtained the RMA confirmation, you can ship the product back to us. Please note that you are responsible for all return shipping costs, including shipping insurance. You must ensure the product is properly packaged to prevent any damages during shipment.

Refund Procedure:

  1. Full examination of the equipment: After receiving the returned product, we will conduct a thorough examination to check for damages, scratches, dents, chips, or overall wear and tear that occurred while the product was in your possession.

  2. Deduction of damages from refund: The refund issued will have the cost of any damages deducted from the refund total.

  3. Shipping and handling: Please be aware that shipping and handling costs are NON-REFUNDABLE.

  4. Deduction of free shipping cost: If your original purchase included FREE SHIPPING, the corresponding shipping cost (which varies based on the delivery method and weight of the product) will be deducted from your refund total.

  • The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs.
  • Shipping and handling costs are NON-REFUNDABLE.
  • The product must be returned within 30 days from the date of receiving the order shipment.

Additional Statements:

  • Replacement parts and accessories may NOT be returned.
  • The product being returned must be shipped back in its original packaging, including 2-inches of foam lining, as it was shipped to you after purchase.
  • Complete the Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) form and obtain proper approval before we can process your refund.
  • We will not accept any returns to our warehouse without prior RMA approval. Failure to obtain prior RMA approval will result in no refund being issued.

Order Cancellation:

  • If you cancel your order prior to SHIPPING but after the processing of payment, a cancellation fee of 6% will apply.
  • If you cancel your order AFTER it has been shipped, please follow our Return Policies & Procedures. The cancellation will be treated as a return, and all applicable fees will apply.
  • Orders refused at delivery will be subject to all applicable fees, including restocking, cancellation, and other related fees.

  2. Ship the product back to us: Once you have received the RMA confirmation, you may ship the product back to us. Please ensure that the item is new, unopened, and in its original condition.

  • 14Ah AGM – $30.00 shipping fee
  • 20Ah AGM – $39.00 shipping fee
  • 33Ah AGM – $49.00 shipping fee
  • 45Ah AGM – $55.00 shipping fee
  • 55Ah AGM / Gel – $65.00 shipping fee
  • 75Ah AGM / Gel – $80.00 shipping fee

  • Most new, unopened items are eligible for return within 14 days of delivery for a refund, credit, or exchange.
