Ezee 30-Day Return Policy

In the event that you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we offer the EZEE 30-Day Return Policy. Please review the following policy details to understand the return process:
Complete the Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) form: To initiate the return process, fill out the RMA form and notify us to receive an RMA confirmation.
Ship the product back to us: Once you have obtained the RMA confirmation, you can ship the product back to us. Please note that you are responsible for all return shipping costs, including shipping insurance. You must ensure the product is properly packaged to prevent any damages during shipment.
Full examination of the equipment: After receiving the returned product, we will conduct a thorough examination to check for damages, scratches, dents, chips, or overall wear and tear that occurred while the product was in your possession.
Deduction of damages from refund: The refund issued will have the cost of any damages deducted from the refund total.
Shipping and handling: Please be aware that shipping and handling costs are NON-REFUNDABLE.
Deduction of free shipping cost: If your original purchase included FREE SHIPPING, the corresponding shipping cost (which varies based on the delivery method and weight of the product) will be deducted from your refund total.
- The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs.
- Shipping and handling costs are NON-REFUNDABLE.
- The product must be returned within 30 days from the date of receiving the order shipment.
- Any damages incurred while the product was in your possession will be deducted from your refund total, unless otherwise noted.
- A 15% restocking fee will be charged on all returns.
- Replacement parts and accessories may NOT be returned.
- The product being returned must be shipped back in its original packaging, including 2-inches of foam lining, as it was shipped to you after purchase.
- Complete the Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) form and obtain proper approval before we can process your refund.
- We will not accept any returns to our warehouse without prior RMA approval. Failure to obtain prior RMA approval will result in no refund being issued.
- If you cancel your order prior to SHIPPING but after the processing of payment, a cancellation fee of 6% will apply.
- If you cancel your order AFTER it has been shipped, please follow our Return Policies & Procedures. The cancellation will be treated as a return, and all applicable fees will apply.
- Orders refused at delivery will be subject to all applicable fees, including restocking, cancellation, and other related fees.
